I went to the Nashville BassPro to purchase a Crossbow.I purchased the bow but forgot to get an owners manual with it,no big deal but it had the warranty info card and maintenance procedures that I needed.When I returned to the store I was treated like a second class citizen.And was sent to the front of the store to pay for a case,the clerk didn't want to use the register in the archery dept.I contacted Barnett and they got me everything I needed next day fed ex at no cost.BassPro has not seen me since.
