today i was at the new bass pro in niagara. my husband was trying to purchase a new firearm.

we went to the counter and an older man told us to go to the other end of the counter where 5 employees were just laughing and visiting. finally before they could all disperse a younger man asked to help us. my husband told him what he was looking for and proceed to check out the firearm. meanwhile a friend (i assume) of the man waiting on us came in the store.

they proceeds to discuss dear hunting for about 5 minutes, my husband put the firearm on the counter and finally the man waiting on us asked if there was more he could help us out with. this was not going to be a $10 purchase and with all the visiting going on i thought the customer service was very poor and rude.

not coming back to any of your stores!!!
