Bass Pro Shops - Unhappy Customer
My husband and I both have Bass Pro Credit Cards and we have purchased from them a lot. The last bill I received I paid it off and the next month I received a bill for $1.50.
Why was that not included on the account balance? Never had this happen before and it this continues I will be canceling my credit card. My husband received his statement paid it off and the next month he received a bill for $1.50. Why was that not included on the statement?
It cost .47 cents to mail each of these statements and no other company we do business with does this.
I would like an answer to why this just started? My husband has had his credit card for approximately 10 years and never has this happened.
