I bought a new Nitro Z 20. The dealer, Bass pro shop of Round Rock, Texas delivered the boat with the lowrance fishfinder not working, it has not worked from day one.

Their response was just to just bring it in and leave the boat for 4 to 6 weeks and they will get to it when they can. This is not an oil change this is something that was delivered and not working. Bass Pro really didn't care once they got paid. Called customer service for nitro and was told about the same thing.

Now I'am going to spend more money to have it fixed myself. The boat is 2 months old. Once you hook it up and drive away your on your own. Wont be back to Bass pro shop of Round Rock.

No problems with the boat yet. Just the fish finder and the service.
