6 months ago I called the corporate office about how disappointed I was with the service department. The person I talked with listened to my story, and did a follow up on the service that I had on my boat.He then, had an employee drive to my house (60 miles away) pick up my boat, fix it, and bring my boat back to my house, and gave them a time frame of two days.
So with that I just want to say thank you for standing up for the customer.
