They asked me to fill out a survey to enter to win $500 and there is no way to log-in. There was only one person working in the fishing department on New Years Day and there were way too many customers for the poor salesperson too handle.
At one point the cash register ran out of paper and the salesperson was told to leave and come get more.
(Remember he was the only one there - smart move and very poor customer service) 5 minute purchase probably took over 45 minutes to compete. Usually happy with sales and service at the Ashland, VA store but not today.
