We shopped at the BassPro in Branson, MO. We purchased two snow globes.

Marilyn was our associate. Since we were from Hot Springs, AR, she made sure our packages were wrapped will in styrofoam. She also offered us the new credit care and gave a $20 discount. All was well till we got home.

The 11inch snow glob did not work. Our nearest Bass Pro is Benton AR some 65 miles away. So we returned it there. Did not get the one we wanted with the Santa inside.

So now have two snow globes alike. The sign at Bass Pro said it played 8 different song. No true. None of them play music.

So a bit disappointed in the advertising at Benton stated they played music. But the new one worked.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

We sincerely apologize the snow globes you purchased were defective. We have a 60 day return policy with proof of purchase, but we will still accept items after 60 days or without proof of purchase on an inspection basis only.
