I've been a long time customer patronizing them a couple of times a month from dining to purchasing furniture, camping/fishing etc...and have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Bass pro shops until i had to return a broken fishing rod that was given to me by my children for christmas and had a lifetime warranty on it. used it once and it broke, I returned it and instead of replacing it they brushed me off to a website that made it impossible to contact anyone.

It felt like once they have your money your on your own.

Its been three years and I don't miss their I dont give a dam treatment at all..In these times customer satisfaction is everything instead of them dealing with their supplier they rather wash their hands of you after the sale. Good luck Bass pro shop this treatment of customers will be your downfall.
