CAUTION - BASS PRO SHOPS ON-LINE

Don't shop online - I ordered a rifle scope for my kid just before Christmas - he knew it would be delayed - we don't have much money but had some left over Cabellas gift cards and got a bonus just before Christmas - anyways Bass Pro Shops was honest and told me that it would come from manufacture- but when I followed up to see if I could cancel on the 5th of January I was told I'd be contacted in 2-3 days - still hadn't heard anything- chatted online and still no answers just that they'd have to follow-up with manufacture on Monday - asked to speak with Supervisor while in online chat - had to make phone call and after waiting several minutes was told that they wouldn't blame me for canceling - so I did - be careful you might not get your merchandise

Bass Pro Shops - Horrible customer service

I was in the store number 0041 to make an exchange. I was told to go upstairs and get my exchange. It was a pair of shoes. There was no one to help and I looked15 minutes for someone to help me. I finally found someone . This was on 12-18-2018. Horrible customer service and not enough people to check out. I will not be back.

Bass Pro Shops - Very upset !!

i have 8 pairs of cabellas boots , some are over 4 years old,my wife,2kids and me. they came with a lifetime free replacement ! i blew out a couple of lugs on tread and took them to missoula mt cabellas to get new pair. they told me you dont honor that anymore???? really????you cant do that to loyal customers.some of these boots are over 2 hundred a piece?? LIFE TIME FREE REPLACEMENT!! very very upset !!

Enough with the Dogs in your stores , I find it disgusting to dogs where I’m buying my friends and family gifts to bring them home with dog hairs on them ! It’s a place of Bussiness and no one should have to walk around your store feeling like they could be attcked by someone’s Pitbull !
