This review is about a couple of employees at the San Antonio store. My wife and i bought a kayak and swung around back to pick it up.

We've never owned a kayak or secured one to a vehicle. Long story we struggled for an hour.

At one point, one of the employees who placed it on top of our van said to his co worker " yo, are you watching this right now?". I'm well aware they aren't allowed to help secure things but they could have offered advice and acted more professional by refraining from making rude comments.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

This is just another case of the,typically ,poor training at Bass Pro Shops stores.
