Yesterday while ahopping at the store, we were followed by security thru the store while shopping. At the check stand, we were told we had to go to customer service to pay for our items aince we were Oregon residents.

After 30 minutes in line, we finally made it to a customer support register. The attendent. Closed his register and walked away to open a new register on the opposite side at another line with out saying anything. Someone else running another regster said we had to get back in another line and wait.

That would take about 45 minutes.

We left the store and shopped elsewhere. We will never shop there ever again.
