Stopped by BPS Oklahoma City today arrived shortly before 10:00 am, gathered the items I needed stopped at customer service to ask about a Duck stamp must have really upset the female clerk got the same rude attitude as when I was last there, rough night? Or just plain bad attitude from customer service.
