I purchase a north face jacket on 12/18/2018, I left a message in the message field for someone to please call me/ email when my order ship, so I'm waiting today which 12/22/2018 because I was told my order will arrive to me by 12/21/2018 so I order my daughters jackets as well from *** sporting goods& got my package right away so I notice my package didn't come 12/21/2018 so I went to my email only to see my order was ship & my address wasn't on my order a Chinese restaurant in a bad area not to far from me , I called spoke with Heather& Margaret & they both was nasty & 1 rep hung up on me which I find to be very disrespectful & hurtful@ a time like this I'm a single mom trying to make it I tried to get my son a gift for Christmas only to hear that's not going to happen because if this company , I work in a call center myself & for someone to hang up on a unsatisfied customer upset with good reason &someone to hang up & I didnt curse my voice was raised because I was already dealing with someone with not good service, now this I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody& I already told all my friends& family to be aware of this company
