Dania, Florida store! Cancelled order.

Placed an online order for a $1050 Colt AR15 on Sunday, 08/13/17. Received pickup "ready" email on 08/17. I show up to the store on 08/18, noon, to pick up. Was told that I needed to wait 5 full days.

Returned today, 08/19 to pick up. Was told by salesman that I needed on return Tuesday as the order was written 08/14. Will never order from this bunch again. Customer Service at the Gun section IS NON-Exsistent!!!

It's a joke! And I loved the adjacent Islamorada Fish Factory (restaurant) too! Too bad!

Running a successful business is easy; a quality product/service + ontime delivery of the product/service! Never again!!!

Sadly I ordered a firearm online too. The online inventory check said available at my local store.

Paid and placed order. Now I realize after being informed by the direct "matter-of-fact" cs representative that store inventory is only for local walk-in purchase. If you buy online it ships from the central warehouse regardless of local availability. Gottit....

Few days later, but got my order regardless.
