I went to Bass Pro to make a purchase in Destin Florida, when I asked at the cashier how many rewards points I had the cashier told me, suddenly I realized most were gone. Since I had not been in in 6 months my previous points fell off.
I spoke to the manager and he confirmed it. After demanding them back I got some not all. This amounts to a deceptive practice sort of like a gift card which loses money if you don't use it in an allotted time.
I have been a patron of Bass Pro for many years and never felt I would be treated poorly after so many years of support of them. How do reward points just fall off?
