My experience was similar. Went online and made a purchase on December 21st for my husband.

Said to pay for standard shipping and it would automatically be upgraded so my gift would be here by the 23rd. Crock of *** They sent me an email that it would be here by the 24th. Nope never arrived. They sent it usps in error so my husband had nothing to open Christmas morning.

tried telling me usps told them it would arrive all the while they sent my husband an email that they messed up. They s**k.

I will never order anything online through them again. Second time in one month having issues with their shipping.
