Hello I wanted to exchange 2 rod holder I had purchased at bass pro for 106 dollars .They were still in package with price tags in perfect condition. The lady at return counter told me all I could get was 13 dollars with out receipt .So I went and found the receipt returned to the store to same lady and got the runaround and was told I would have to bring them back the next day and they would be happy to return them which would be fine if I didn't live 4 hours away .
