Horrible customer service ! After a 1hour drive to make a simple straight across exchange for a different size North Face jacket recieved as a Christmas gift - I was told I must have a reciept.

Got a receipt and drove back again the next day with a reciept picked out correct size and again attempted the exchange only to be turned down again. Bought it anyway out of frustration now have 2 -1 that fits and 1 that doesn't. Tags were all on and never worn.

Wanted to do more shopping there , but after that NO WAY ! Cabellas is far surperior in the way they treat their customers and will have our business from now on.
