Atlantic City basspro sold me a trolling motor in april 2019. It broke down and was taken for repair.Igot a call from service center saying it was a 2017 model.Wasnt under warranty unless I had sales receipt.They said it didn't matter when it was built its still a new motor.It matters if y ou want to trade it in or sell it.If I buy a new car or boat in 2019 I sure don't want a 2017 model and pay 2019 prices.Check the manu date or you may buy something that's been sitting around for years

I saw the add for the AR 15 lower parts kit for 24.00 called and confirmed the had the kits as advertised. got there and the advertised kits were 69.99, I asked the sales associate to scan the lpk came back as 69.99, then we looked at the add, it showed the full lpk.

bellow it it said "starting at" and made no mention of lesser kits.

Good by bass pro, this customer will never darken your threshold again, you got me... Later................................................................................

Bass Pro Shops in Mount Laurel, New Jersey - Corporate Greed and Bait and Switch

BPS has a policy that states orders over $50 ship 2nd Day Free...and rarely follows their own policy. I recently purchased over $100 worth of tackle from the website and upon receiving my ‘order update’ was informed my order was shipping ground and would arrive in 10+ business days. Say what? As a BPS Club Black Card member this shouldn’t even be possible, but since the merger BPS/Cabelas as forgotten what customer service is and their ‘club’ is a scam. Earn points and enjoy ZERO benefits. Well, you’ve gotten the last of my money and I’ll be canceling that Capital One club card as well.

didn't have advertised sale item. garmin 93si echomap 5 mts after opening doors first day of sale. no rain checks, sale prices not in system, long check out. bought alternative item and was overcharged for that item, was charged for card handed to me as triple reward points. returned to try and buy second unit. was told only $25 card this time. not $50 I got Saturday for same item. said I missed it by two cents. supervisor trying to close register I was checking out at, even though I was using same credit card as friend at that register with me, then appeared to have a poor outlook on helping me with situation. I left with $565 of items in my cart.

Pfft I pay 700.00 for boots and have to pay to have new soles put on them quit you crying in the time it took you to type this retarded complaint you could have been doing something constructive like making money to pay for a new pair of boots.

Reviews from 8 years ago? Geez you people carry quite a grudge!

Others expecting to buy one set of footwear for the family and then never having to buy another set. No wonder the lifetime (against defects) warranty went away! I don’t like Cabelas/BassPro because they are overpriced and customer service is lacking a lot of times in the different stores I’ve been in but so many of you come off as being self-entitled and pretentious. Retail is one of those businesses that while you have to deal with the customers THEY have to deal with YOU as well!

When I shop I try not to be the one that causes stress to people working there. Many commenters here seem to delight in being ignorant and difficult.

I'm also concerned about dogs in stores. I've seen it in the supermarket and the health food store.

It's outragous. Neither dog was a service dog.

One was a hyper pit bull, the other a yappie Yorkie. I haven't been back to either store since.
