Went into my local basspro in Columbia,MO with the intent of buying two new shotguns. The manager at the gun counter completely ignored me when I asked a question about the Beretta A400 which is a pricey gun that I intended buying for waterfowl hunting.
I couldn't get the time of day for an answer to my question. I know it doesn't apply to all the staff, but the guys behind the gun counter were extremely rude and inconsiderate to their customers.
They have lost my business for sure. I guess Cabelas will be my new sporting goods store.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
