Bass Pro Shops has a very bad habit at checkout and they insist their Clerks have an obligation to be almost abusive to the customer:
>After the transaction is complete - They ask What is your Phone Number? (It's none of their business)! So, I give them 000-000-00-
0000. >OK, Then, so where do you live? (It's none of their business).
Then they get upset WITH THE CUSTOMER who has already paid. How *** is that?
Happens every time and at every checkout and there is a particularly bad clerk by the name of Ron at their store in Spanish Fort, AL who wants to continue an argument. It is very likely that the $45,000.00 boat and $10,000.00 in accessories I was planning to buy for that boat this spring will now happen elsewhere. They have abused this customer for the last time. If I want to give them my information, I would have a rewards card. Get into the 21st. century Bass Pro. Come on Mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!
