Slow service in the restaurant | Bass Pro Shops review from Richmond, Virginia

My husband and I were in the Richmond, Virginia area on Monday, November 17th. Around l p.m. we decided to eat lunch at the bar area. I order was placed with the bartender and 20 minutes had pass and no food. The man that set next to us arrived after we did and placed his order and received his food and ate and left and we still had not received our food. A table of four behind placed their orders afterwards and received their orders. after 25 minutes we had decided to leave and ask the bartender about our food and he stated it was coming. After 40 minutes we finally received our orders. The service was awful and I would hope this would be corrected. I hope this did not happen because of the color of our skin.

Difference in website and store prices not honored | Bass Pro Shops review from Port Saint Lucie, Florida

I purchased Remington Versamax from the local Bass Pro store in Port St Lucie, Fl. Then a few days later I found same item on their wed site for less. I contacted the web site and was informed by the web site customer service that I needed to contact the store. I contacted the store where I purchased the item and was told by their customer service they could do nothing. I have my receipt and a copy of the web page but dont know how to load them. I would advise anyone contemplating a purchase at Bass Pro to give it a great deal of thought. Their customer service is really nonexistent. Even Wal-Marts customer service is better, as is Cabelas

I filed this originally and have heard nothing from bass pro. They wont get me again.

Cabelas is building just down the road from bass pro and that is where I will be going.

Bass pro doesnt really care about you the customer. Once they have your money that is the end of it.

WEB prices different from Store prices | Bass Pro Shops review from Port Saint Lucie, Florida

Details
Purchased very expensive item at our local Bass Pro Shop in Port St. Lucie, Fl. for $899.97. While I was searching their web site for something else I then found the same item on their web site for $869.00. I Sent them a email to their WEB site. The response I received was that I needed to check with the Store where I purchased the item. I called the store and checked with customer service and was directed to sporting goods. Sporting goods told me the (scu) wasnt the same so there was nothing they could do. I dont know about sku's but I do know the two items were identicle in description reading from the box I purchased to reading the on line description. So I get screwed out of $30.00 so Bass Pro can get a better bottom line

Online and store prices will never be the same in online is on sale. The website itself does their own sale after or before the store does.

You next time you go in, be sure to tell the customer service associate that the item is on sale online. And sku's do have to match because if they are different management will see and serious consequences will happen to employee or supervisor. The item you purchased could have been a new model for the year.

Who knows. But hope this helped you out!

It has not been resolved because b asspro has not even contacted me. So again I say they can kiss my fuzz and I will spend my cash a CABELAS cause they are not far down the road from home.

High Prices Review

Bass pro tulsa. The waterfall and fireplace was nice but all in all me and my wife were very disappointed. The prices were way to high and also don't go over by the boats and 4 wheelers. They have time share salesmen over there trying to get you to sign up at big cedar lodge. Ugh really Bass Pro! Will not be back.

Worst Customer service in Nashville tenn | Bass Pro Shops review

I went to the Nashville BassPro to purchase a Crossbow.I purchased the bow but forgot to get an owners manual with it,no big deal but it had the warranty info card and maintenance procedures that I needed. When I returned to the store I was treated like a second class citizen. And was sent to the front of the store to pay for a case, the clerk didn't want to use the register in the archery dept.I contacted Barnett and they got me everything I needed next day fed ex at no cost.BassPro has not seen me since.

The past three times I've been to Bass Pro Shop in Ashland, Va only happened due to the fact that Green Top was closed. Even then, I regret going. I'll start with the first issue: the archery department. Customer service: rude. If I were to buy a $1000.00 bow, they...

Illusion of a Big Opening Store Sale. | Bass Pro Shops review from Anchorage, Alaska

Remington corelock sale Bass Pro had only information on the ammo was $2 off rebate on Remmington Core-lock. Even though before check out I ask register person for the rebate slip/form. She would call customer service for me after checkout. She did and I got the form that showed I only got a maximum of $5 TOTAL! On My purchase plus the original UBC AND THE ORIGINAL STORE RECEIPT had to be sent in with the rebate entry form. I Had over five hundred dollars of ammo. luckily I only had three boxes of CoreLock. Note there is a store policy posted "NO RETURNS ON AMMO". Buyer beware. I won't go back to the store for sale items without going to customer service first. It's a waste of time to bother doing more then just not buying anything from them. Filling this is almost to much.
