I’m so disappoint Bass Pro Shop is associated with the Bluegreens travel it is such a scam. The representative told me I was able to sell my Timeshare right back when I need it to. I’m in a financial bind and tried to sell my Timeshare back and they told me they can’t do that. How dare you Bass Pro shop represent such a scam of a company? How can you do that to a single mother. We only went with Bluegreens because it had your name all over it we figured it was a legit sources we were mislead..

I asked the leeds, al tracker sales manager for a quote on a new boat motor Wednesday of last week. Today is Thursday and still no return call. I feel like this store is just so busy that they just dont have time to deal with individual customers.

Purchased a 2012 boat last October 2014 from the leeds,al store. Took it to their shop in april 2015 Battery is dead and wont hold a charge. Bass pro wants to charge me 130 dollars for a new one Stating warranty is over. I paid cash for the boat. I wont buy anything else from them

The warranty was over right??? and the battery is 3yrs old right??

Don't get your complaint. Look on the web and you will see most marine batteries last only about 3-5 yrs because of the heavy use they get.

Used it to run a trolling motor i bet.. It ain;t like a car battery...

You are a special kind of ***. Poster clearly states boat was purchased October 2014. The warranty should be effective from the time of purchase, obviously the boat wasn't being used before it was bought, duh.

Rebate Cards Expire | Bass Pro Shops review from Forney, Texas

I purchased a Graph that was on sale at Bass Pro Shop Last Year. Then I found out that the Rebate cards expire in 12 months and you lose your money. I'm sure they hid that detail in the small print somewhere,but I will never buy another of their products. Also it took almost 7 months for the card to arrive in the mail. I was told there was a $300.00 rebate on an item that I purchased. It came in the form of a Visa Card. I wonder how much money they make on people letting these cards expire?

Customer service rep didnt even acknoledge us standing in her line. She later raised her head and asked, whos next. In our head "Duh"! She then went to the other side of the counter and help an older white gentleman ahead of us. We then told her from across the counter--we was next. After she finish helping the guy that just showed up, She came over with an attitude and said, " what can i do for you". We said we would like to sign-up for the rewards card. She said, " well fill out that paper". She walked away without given us a pen. You tell me what the *** is going on with this place. We returned all our stuff and left--after talking to the manager. If you support this place, then you support their obvious racist attitudes!! This was 100% racism!!! Happened on april 19th 2015. Tacoma store.

Tourist trap pay to park | Bass Pro Shops review from Mount Laurel, New Jersey

New BASS PRO SHOP Atlantic City N.J. - My wife and I took the 10 minute drive from our home to the new store,we knew the route we were taking had tolls,round trip $2, what we were unaware of was the parking fee of $10. This sign was located in a position where you had no choice but to pull in and there was a graduated fee schedule, but due to speed of traffic you could not read. We didn't find what we intended to purchase but we purchased some stuff and upon leaving the lot were charged $10.

I went to the dolphin mall to buy a kayak and I asked the sales Rep on the floor for the kayak I was interested in. He went to the back checked and even threw a picture of the kayak. Were paid for the kayak and said we would pick it up in two days. The sales Rep took a copy of the receipt and placed it on three kayak which was already sold. When I came back to pick up the kayak they had sold the kayak. Than told me they didn't know what happened. I told them if they would give me the other model they said I wwould have to pay full price. At the end I told them To refund my money and I would go to dania beach location and buy it from them. Than they said that they could pick it up from Dania and bring it to dolphin we said no. After this experience I don't want to purchase anything from this store
